Protein Packed Strawberry Vanilla Smoothie

  • 4-5 fresh/frozen strawberries
  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder of choice
  • ¼ cup raw oats
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 ice cubes
  • Milk or water to desired thickness

Blueberry Kale Smoothie

  • 3/4 cup blueberries
  • 2-3 kale leaves
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla or plain coconut yogurt (if you want it creamy)

  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt / Coconut yogurt
  • 1" ground ginger root
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
